PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AND RETAIN A COPY OF THESE TERMS AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

1. All the prices are in Euro and the prices include Italian VAT.
2. Title does not pass until payment is made in full.
3. If in the buying order some of the items are not in stock, this does not annul the order, which will be fulfilled with available items.
4. SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping/Handling (foreign): please contact us before sending your order so we can quote shipping/handling costs. In some instances,   depending on your location, we may not be able to ship by certain methods or may not be able to ship at all if your country bans the import of certain items. All foreign orders are shipped at the buyer's risk.  
Shipping costs are based on total weight of items ordered + actual packing material costs.
Insured mail is possible for most countries; please email us to know the real costs. Every effort is made to ship as soon as possible after receiption of payment.
5. The purchaser is responsible for any dues or taxes at the frontier(s).
6. GUARANTEE: Everything shown on this website is guaranteed authentic with no time limit. We guarantee all coins we sell to be genuine.
7. Grading is subjective, the best way is to look at the pictures clearly and carefully.
8.  APPROVAL TERMS: All items are sent on a 14 days approval. Any item that you are not satisfied with may be returned (insured), within this 14 day period, for a complete purchase-price refund or exchange credit. Returned coins must be returned to us in the condition in which we sent  it to you. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Please notify us by email before returning any item.
9. Any legal question arising will be deemed in the Aosta courts.
